As the forces of progress steamroll right over the Good, the True, and the Beautiful, Biblical Christians have an opportunity to stand apart and shine the light of Christ into a dark world. Once again, we ask ourselves, “How should we then live?” Retreat, surrender, integration, or confrontation—the choice won’t be easy.
Speakers Douglas Wilson, Joe Rigney, Benjamin Merkle, and Steven Wedgeworth will address the ways in which Christians can continue to meaningfully bear witness to their faith amid an increasingly hostile public square. Each talk will highlight contemporary challenges to faithful living and offer a Biblical strategy for cultural engagement.
The conference is being held at the historic Polk Theatre in downtown Lakeland, Florida and should be a great time of edification and fellowship.
Don’t forget to register for the preconference social and also plan on joining us at Christ Church for worship and a sermon by Pastor Wilson Sunday morning.
While we recommend attendance for anyone 10+, there will be no childcare provided during the pre-conference social or the conference itself (Friday evening and Saturday). Nursing infants are always welcome.
